Product Manager - Relocation to Singapore

VIRTUSA is seeking experienced team players for a Product Manager position on an up-and-coming project for a client in the public Sector.

• Minimum five years experience in product management, systems analysis, or IT project delivery with a proven record of delivering digital products.
• Experience working with engineering teams and familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, databases, and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, Azure services, or cloud-native application development is a plus.
• Holding a recognized Azure certification is advantageous.
• Prior experience in the public sector or government digital services is beneficial.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital products, aligning with organizational goals and IT strategy.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into product features, epics, and user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical team, ensuring clear communication.
• Guide product development across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Utilize technical knowledge of web application development, APIs, databases, and system integration to make informed product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics to drive iterations and improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for validating product outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
• Mentor and support junior product and business analyst team members.
