ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation.
• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
• Experience as a Developer in product customizations, integrations, implementations, or maintenance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two programming languages, including JavaScript, C#, Java.
• Advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC.
• Experience implementing solutions in regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with the DORA framework and capability to map its requirements to ServiceNow GRC and SecOps.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and directives related to financial services.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German or other European languages.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economic field.

• Collaborate on implementation, customization, and maintenance projects using NowPlatform.
• Support project teams involved in configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive development and implementation of intricate business processes.
• Analyze business requirements across all development stages.
• Potentially lead a team of consultants during projects.
• Design architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
