Service Now Developer

• 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow App Engine platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience building enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with CSM, PSDS, Case Management, App Engine, ITSM, and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Communicative English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Decision Tables and UI Builder.

• Develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine and App Engine Studio.
• Build enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
• Support production ServiceNow applications and deliver continuous enhancements.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Decision Tables, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Use Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Work fully onsite in Singapore.
