• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform API development and integration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant.
• Communicative English.
