Senior Network Security Consultant.

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing network segmentation strategies for on-premises, cloud, and/or container environments.
• Hands-on experience with leading firewall technologies: Checkpoint, ASA, or host-based firewalls (Illumio & Guardicore) in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and technologies: IDS/IPS, web application security, vulnerability scanners, cybersecurity, and anti-malware systems.
• Experience with Linux platform administration and Python.
• Familiarity with modern Agile/DevOps practices: Scrum, version control, CI/CD.
• Excellent network troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

• Design and provision network security policies aligned with zero trust principles.
• Design, implement, and maintain network segmentation solutions for on-premises, cloud, and container environments.
• Document High-Level and Low-Level network designs and operational procedures.
• Run product evaluations and proof of concepts on emerging network technologies.
• Liaise with vendors on product issues including design, features, and defects.
• Support packaging, testing, and deployment of agents using enterprise deployment tools.
• Troubleshoot complex network environments and provide detailed analysis and remediations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on network security planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to prioritise tasks and meet delivery timelines.
• Implement network solutions aligned to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide knowledge transfer through team training sessions, brown bags, and mentoring.
• Drive strategies to improve detection and response to cyber incidents.

Hybrid work mode requires presence 6 times per month at the office in Kraków.
