The company delivers solutions to accelerate application development, streamline workflows, integrate systems, and drive innovation across multiple Polish cities including Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Opole, Kraków, and Katowice.

• Extensive experience with Oracle APEX solution design and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale business applications.
• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integration patterns.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and lead cross-functional teams.

• Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle APEX solutions.
• Lead technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Establish development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance application architectures.
• Drive integration strategies with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Review solution designs, code quality, and technical documentation.
• Support project estimations, technical risk assessment, and solution governance.
