Senior Product Manager, UX Foundations

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas.
• Proven experience in Localization or Internationalization (i18n/L10n), including familiarity with translation management systems and global go-to-market workflows.
• Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library.
• Working knowledge of Accessibility standards such as WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, including setting multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing without authority across multiple teams.

• Own and drive the Localization strategy, defining standards, workflows, and tooling to ensure products are fully translated and culturally adapted.
• Lead the UX Platform roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to build and evolve shared component libraries and design systems.
• Define and scale Accessibility standards, establishing WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices across all Box applications.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to integrate Localization, Accessibility, and UX Platform into the product development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain Localization infrastructure, including translation management systems and internationalization frameworks.
• Drive adoption of UX Platform components across product teams to reduce duplication and accelerate development.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform, educating teams and championing these areas with senior leadership.
• Align with senior leadership on roadmap priorities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
