Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Square One Resources is engaged in a strategic project migrating Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Minimum 4–5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Practical knowledge of processes in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, taxes, Polish localization) or Supply Chain (procurement, sales, warehouse, planning, production).
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 F&O data model (Data Entities).
• Experience managing backlog and cooperating with business stakeholders.
• Native-level Polish language skills and at least B2 level English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ERP migration projects to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330 or MB-335).
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• PSPO or other Product Ownership certification.
• Experience with RSAT tool.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and conduct business analyses.
• Lead collection of requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation for changes in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Recommend standard (out-of-the-box) solutions and low-code technologies as alternatives to programming modifications.
• Manage project backlog and maintain its consistency in Azure DevOps.
• Prepare recommendations for system development roadmap.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and present status during meetings and steering committees.
• Define and update User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
• Collaborate on configuration and support of Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments.
• Work with business, consulting, and development teams.
