Chief Information Officer (CIO)

• Minimum 5 years in a CIO, IT Director, Head of IT, or comparable leadership role.
• Proven success in leading large transformation programs and system implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, or similar environments.
• Practice managing multiple concurrent technology-business projects.
• Experience building, developing, and scaling IT structures.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and IT contracts.
• Experience reporting to management and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Very good knowledge of ERP and other systems supporting production and sales.
• Understanding of production, logistics, and sales processes.
• Knowledge in IT/OT integration.
• Ability to manage system architecture and solution integration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity.
• Ability to translate technological issues into business language.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2).
• Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, TISAX, IEC 62443.
• MBA or Executive MBA.
• Experience in sales digitalization projects or digital product development.

• Manage IT function covering corporate and business systems, production systems, IT/OT integration, IT infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, system architecture, and IT team development.
• Translate technology strategy into effective implementation and transformation plans.
• Oversee the portfolio of strategic IT projects.
• Supervise implementations of ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, CRM, PLM, BI, and other business-supporting systems.
• Build scalable IT organization and develop domain leaders.
• Collaborate with the Management Board and key business stakeholders.
• Manage IT budget, suppliers, and technology costs.
• Ensure continuity, security, and quality of IT services.
• Support organizational development through adoption of new technologies and market best practices.
