Integration Consultant

We have completed hundreds of projects for clients worldwide and have over 24 years of market experience, focusing on areas such as life sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, human capital management (HCM), and Salesforce. Our clients include Oriflame, Sanofi, Coca-Cola, and many others.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Professional experience in IT consulting focusing on cloud systems implementation or integration / SaaS.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, data manipulation) and knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and ability to perform API testing using tools like Postman.
• Practical knowledge of data exchange structures (JSON, XML, CSV) and ability to analyze technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the capability to translate business requirements into technical documentation/User Stories.
• Highly developed communication skills and client-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem or other HRMS / LMS / HCM systems.
• Understanding of HR / Learning & Development processes within large enterprise organizations.
• General understanding of networking mechanisms and cloud security, including REST API principles, authentication methods, and security protocols such as SSO and SAML 2.0.
• Experience with automation / Low-Code / No-Code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Experience working with Agile project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum).
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Deliver integration and data migration projects within the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem for enterprise clients.
• Configure and implement technical solutions including SSO (Single Sign-On), IDF (Inbound Data Feed), and GDPR compliance adaptations.
• Act as a Business Analyst for custom (code-based) integrations.
• Conduct feasibility studies using the CSOD API.
• Design solutions and author User Stories (in ClickUp) for the development team.
• Migrate, analyze, and transform data using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel) and SQL.
• Test and verify API endpoints using tools such as Postman.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical/business consulting in the SaaS domain.
