Junior HR Operations Specialist (with Hungarian)

• First experience in HR, administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian (C1) and English (C1).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Positive team player with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

• Provide support to employees and managers by handling HR-related queries via phone, email, chat, and case management tools.
• Process and administer employee lifecycle activities, including workforce administration, mobility, leave and absence management, and organizational changes.
• Deliver accurate information regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, ensure data accuracy, and meet agreed service levels and deadlines.
