Configuration / Deployment Specialist (.NET)

The company participates in research projects across Europe collaborating with top universities and enterprises on AI, Data, and Cloud.

• Bachelor's degree in an ICT relevant field.
• At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of project experience in a similar Configuration/Deployment role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD management of mission-critical, complex enterprise systems.
• Administering and troubleshooting ASP.NET applications on Microsoft IIS (application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates, authentication).
• Knowledge of Active Directory integration, Group Policies, service accounts and Windows security concepts.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications.
• Experience with Git-based workflows.
• Strong experience in automating application deployments and environment configuration updates.
• Good knowledge of software release management.
• Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of application servers, RDBMS and build/deployment tools such as Ant and Azure Pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills in multi-lingual meetings and international teams.
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher.

• Support application build, integration and deployment across backend systems and client devices (mobile, PC).
• Manage and configure system environments, and support system/integration testing.
• Monitor system performance, health and daily functioning; report and coordinate on technical issues.
• Design, maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications.
• Administer and troubleshoot ASP.NET applications hosted on IIS (application pools, bindings, SSL, authentication).
• Liaise with system vendors/contractors on behalf of Frontex ICT for technical issue resolution.
• Support ICT staff and project teams in deploying and configuring development environments in Azure.

This is a remote position available to candidates based in Poland, Greece, and across Europe.
