• Proven track record of designing, architecting, and building AI-powered applications, intelligent systems, or workflow automations.
• Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Systems thinking and enjoyment of designing solution architectures before coding.
• Ability to evaluate multiple implementation approaches and select the best suited.
• Proficient in Python with a strong software engineering foundation.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms.
• Experience building workflow automations using no-code platforms, low-code tools, custom software, or combinations thereof.
• Understanding of modern AI technologies and their effective application.
• Ability to balance technical feasibility with business objectives.
• Natural identification of opportunities where AI can improve work processes.
