MS Dynamics 365 Finance Specialist

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, APICS/CSCP) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Conduct financial analysis to support supply chain decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on supply chain costs, inventory turnover, and financial performance metrics.
• Analyze variances between planned vs. actual costs, identifying drivers of discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in developing budgets for supply chain and procurement operations.
• Track, report, and optimize costs across the supply chain to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by analyzing historical spend and market trends.
• Analyze vendor costs and terms, ensuring optimal pricing and quality of materials and services.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve lead times, quality control, and overall supply chain resilience.
• Utilize ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial and supply chain data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate insights from ERP and supply chain data to drive efficiency and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system improvements that enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, from financial exposure to potential supply disruptions.
