Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience in ERP system implementation projects, with mandatory experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Higher education degree.
• At least one certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or an equivalent.
• Experience managing a project team of at least 5 people.
• Experience managing key IT project aspects including cybersecurity requirements and personal data protection.
• Experience leading at least one medium or large-scale ICT project as Project Manager.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in applying project management methodologies and methods.
• Deep understanding of IT and ability to effectively leverage technology for business needs.
• Knowledge of current technologies and market trends relevant to the project.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external suppliers.
• Strong experience working in agile methodologies, especially Scrum, within IT project environments.

• Manage the project comprehensively throughout its lifecycle, covering schedule, budget, quality, and scope.
• Ensure achievement of project milestones, timely delivery of project products, and business goals.
• Guarantee and control the quality of project deliverables per established standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Board and key stakeholders from the client and organization.
• Assign and monitor tasks within the project team, balancing priorities and workload.
• Plan, oversee, and control product delivery processes.
• Manage effective project communication both within the team and with external parties.
• Create and maintain project management artifacts such as plans, schedules, registers, and logs.
• Prepare and present project and technical reports in oral and written form.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including status and review sessions.
