Scrum Master

Digital Hangar (DH) focuses on enhancing passenger experience across all journey stages within Lufthansa Group projects, including web portals, mobile apps (iOS and Android), and B2B platforms, alongside R&D-driven solutions. Lufthansa Systems Poland is a recognized provider of IT solutions for the aeronautical, logistic, and financial industries as part of the Lufthansa Group.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile role (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
• Basic understanding of the SAFe framework.
• Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows.
• Practical experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Open-mindedness, creativity, and a growth mindset.
• Strong communication skills and an outcome-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Strategic mindset and strong drive for innovation.
• Customer-service orientation and proactive, assertive approach.
• Fluency in English in a business context.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate.
• Readiness for occasional international travel to client locations.
