GCP & Agentic AI Platform Engineer

As a GCP Platform Engineer at ING Hubs Poland, you will develop data-driven products within the AAI Delivery & Transformation organization. The role involves building ING's Data Analytics Platform on Google Cloud, collaborating in a distributed multi-national and multi-cultural team using agile, lean, and design thinking methodologies. The role naming convention is “Engineer IV”.

• 4+ years of experience with GCP
• Experience building data platforms using managed services like Cloud Run, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery, Dataproc
• Experience building infrastructure automation services using Golang
• Infrastructure as Code mindset, experience with Terraform
• Experience with deployment and provisioning automation tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Ability to clearly express ideas, facts, and opinions; experience in design documentation
• Understanding of networking concepts including VPC, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in secure authentication and encrypted workloads (OIDC, KMS, client/server SSL/TLS)
• Contributions to Open-Source projects
