They operate various business models including managed services, fixed prices, and scale up the team, serving clients from diverse industries. They have an R&D Center with NexioBot, a mobile robot assistant using artificial intelligence for communication.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT.
- Minimum 5 years experience in SharePoint administration roles.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with technologies related to SharePoint.
- Practical knowledge of implementing and maintaining solutions based on IIS.
- Experience in administering distributed SharePoint farms.
- Ability to optimize performance, capacity planning, and tuning of SharePoint farms.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, especially SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps, and Exchange Online.
- Experience in building and maintaining hybrid Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint Hybrid).
- Experience managing SharePoint updates and patches (Patch Management).
- Experience analyzing and resolving problems in large, distributed IT environments.
- Basic knowledge of administration of other Microsoft systems.
- Knowledge of ShareGate Migration Tool.
- Experience implementing and administering Netcompany GetOrganized ECM solution.
- Experience publishing .sppkg packages in SharePoint App Catalog.
- Very good knowledge of authentication mechanisms OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0.
- Ability to manage SSL certificates and configure metadata exchange between Service Provider and Identity Provider.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Configuration, and Release Management).
- Experience working with Active Directory Tiering model.
- Experience working in high-security environments (Restricted Environments).
- Very good communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Possession of certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, and Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or equivalent is an advantage.

- Administration of Microsoft SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online environments.
- Maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring continuity of SharePoint farms and related services.
- Providing 2nd Line Support for production, testing, and development environments.
- Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and user-reported problems.
- Handling tickets and timely updating their statuses.
- Designing and implementing long-term improvements to the SharePoint platform architecture.
- Collaborating with administrators and technical teams to standardize solutions and processes.
- Cooperating with development teams to design topology and configuration of SharePoint environments.
- Deploying solutions and packages prepared by development teams.
- Maintaining and developing technical and operational documentation.
- Creating documentation for new solutions and services.
- Reporting performed tasks and ongoing activities.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
