Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – IT Infrastructure & Operations

ITLT supports companies in digital transformation by providing expert IT solutions and professionals, focusing on IT infrastructure, operations, and network development projects in the energy/fuel sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or change management
• Practical experience in communication, stakeholder management, conducting training, and supporting change adoption and implementation
• Experience applying methodologies, tools, and best practices for change management
• Experience preparing and executing communication plans and creating materials for various audience groups
• Ability to effectively collaborate with project, technical, and business teams in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Independence, proactivity, and strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, networks, or technological transformations projects
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, network environments, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow
• Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, CCMP)

• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities in IT infrastructure, operations, and network-related projects
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of new solutions
• Analyze the impact of changes on the organization and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Create and execute communication plans and develop informational materials for different audience groups
• Plan and deliver activities supporting change adaptation, including training, workshops, and information sessions
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business representatives to ensure effective change implementation
• Support managers and team leaders in communicating and implementing organizational changes
• Monitor organizational readiness, change adoption, and identify risks and areas needing additional support
• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders and recommend improvements in change management processes
• Work according to standardized methodologies and best practices in Organizational Change Management
