Head of Product - Central Europe

eService Sp. z o.o. is a company involved in the payments industry, offering opportunities within the Global Payments SMB Product team focused on Central Europe. The role operates within a large payments ecosystem and involves collaboration with Joint Venture partnerships and global product and technology teams.

• 15+ years of product leadership experience delivering end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management in payments, fintech, banking, software platforms, commerce technology, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed, and multi-entity environments.
• Extensive experience in product governance, roadmap prioritisation, and portfolio management across multiple businesses or markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and managing portfolio performance.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with a people-first, high-accountability mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience working within Joint Ventures, strategic partnerships, or multi-entity environments with knowledge of governance structures and funding models.
• Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, fintech, banking, commerce technology, or SMB-focused solutions.
• Experience operating across multiple countries and balancing local and regional product objectives.
• Familiarity with API-first platforms, target architecture models, platform modernisation, and scalable product delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in diverse executive environments.

• Define and lead the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships based on customer needs, market insights, competitive trends, and platform opportunities.
• Establish and drive governance frameworks across Global Payments and JV partners, including alignment on product priorities, investments, and roadmap execution.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritisation, balancing strategic objectives, commercial impact, customer value, and technology capacity.
• Build alignment across product, technology, commercial, and executive stakeholders by managing dependencies and resolving competing priorities.
• Ensure product initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes linked to revenue growth, market expansion, customer success, and operational efficiency.
