Senior CIAM IT Business Analyst

• Experience in Business Analysis with a high proficiency level
• Expertise in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management)
• Ability to build domain-specific business knowledge
• Strong liaison and communication skills between business and IT teams
• Capability to evaluate business functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in requirements and process analysis for business cases
• Familiarity with CIAM streams including onboarding, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle
• Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and dependency mapping
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Proficiency in producing executive-ready governance materials

• Develop effective relationships with business units, divisions, or user groups

• Ensure required business services align with business unit and division needs

• Act as key point of contact for business support

• Liaise between IT development/design teams and business units for new and enhanced systems

• Evaluate new applications against business functional and non-functional requirements

• Assess initiatives and evolving business requirements, recommending alternatives

• Prepare communications and deliver business presentations about solutions and enhancements

• Work closely with the program delivery lead and contribute to the IT program transversal team

• Act as a transversal Business Analyst across CIAM streams (onboarding, authentication, authorization, lifecycle)

• Bridge business, security, architecture, and engineering teams via clear requirements

• Support program and strategy execution by refining epics, features, and user stories aligned with CIAM roadmap priorities

• Promote consistency in BA practices across squads

• Analyze identity journeys and identify simplification opportunities

• Ensure traceability from requirements through delivery, testing, and value realization

• Contribute to backlog management, prioritization, and dependency mapping

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across product, operations, and security teams

• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to ensure alignment with business goals

• Support change adoption and continuous improvement of CIAM capabilities

• Support cross-team alignment, risk identification, and mitigation at program level

• Produce concise executive materials for governance (status updates, risks, decisions)

• Contribute actively to the Tribe BA Community of Practice to enhance delivery effectiveness and consistency
