The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division delivers reliable and sustainable IT solutions for financial securities markets, focusing on both internal and external client needs while ensuring production stability and support.

• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong multi-domain knowledge in data architecture, API design/integration (including RESTful API), and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Interest or expertise in emerging technologies including DLT/blockchain, AI, and machine learning.
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF and agile delivery models.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.

Nice to have:

• Experience with post-trade financial market infrastructure such as CSD, settlement, and custody systems.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects in the financial industry.

• Design Cloud-Native Architectures focusing on scalable, secure Azure-based cloud applications aligned with product and business goals.
• Lead innovation from concept and Proof of Concept (PoC) to full product delivery, utilizing Azure cloud services.
• Integrate multi-domain solutions across data architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DLT (blockchain).
• Act as technology partner translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Influence and collaborate on architecture decisions, coordinating with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.
• Remove technical blockers and solve complex problems spanning legacy and modern systems.
• Evangelise emerging technologies, assessing benefits and risks for Euroclear, including blockchain/DLT and cloud-native architectures.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively suggest strategic technical directions.
