Product Owner

BBM creates video streaming solutions used by millions. The current focus is on evolving their Cloud DRM product. The team has grown to 16 people and is splitting into two smaller product teams, each led by a Product Owner alongside the Head of Business Unit.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital products, ideally in a SaaS or video streaming environment.
• Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and product management tools with process improvement skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Comfortable communicating in English, including with international clients.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, flexibility, independence, ownership, and responsibility.
• Positive attitude and team motivation ability.

• Writing and refining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Co-creating and maintaining the product roadmap in Jira Discovery.
• Supporting the sales team with product knowledge.
• Learning the video streaming domain to make informed product decisions.
• Running and supporting Scrum ceremonies.
• Helping the development team remove blockers.
• Managing the Jira space and ensuring timely sprints.
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members to maintain motivation.
