Lead Engineer

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Hands-on experience with .Net technology.
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud, preferably Azure.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
