AI Developer

The role involves joining a strategic transformation program for a client in the insurance sector, developing AI and Generative AI solutions supporting business processes, and building applications utilizing LLM, RAG, and AI agents in a modern Microsoft Azure environment with best practices in MLOps and AI Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as an AI Developer, ML Engineer, or GenAI Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Python and the FastAPI framework
• Experience with solutions based on LLM, RAG, and AI agents
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Services
• Practical experience with MLOps and deploying AI models to production environments
• Experience with microservices architecture and designing REST API
• Knowledge of SQL and data processing concepts
• Ability to design scalable AI solutions in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment
• Proficient in English communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture
• Practical knowledge of Azure ML
• Experience with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102), Azure AI Foundry, or Azure Data Scientist

• Design, develop, and deploy modern AI and Generative AI solutions
• Build applications utilizing LLM, RAG, and Multi-Agent AI architecture
• Implement and develop microservices using Python and FastAPI
• Integrate AI models with business systems and the Azure platform
• Design and develop MLOps solutions and AI model deployment processes
• Collaborate with architects, data analysts, and business teams
• Optimize quality, performance, and security of AI solutions
• Participate in architecture design and technology decision-making
