Product Owner

PKO BP Finat is responsible for products of Open Investment Funds. The role involves working on a key product element of PKO Finat. The position requires combining business, technology, and regulatory perspectives into a coherent development direction.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the financial or IT sector.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective product backlog management.
• Understanding of capital markets or investment funds (experience in TFI, depository, or transfer agent is a plus).
• Ability to combine business, technology, and regulatory aspects.
• Good communication skills, analytical abilities, and responsibility for end-to-end product management.

• Define and develop the product vision and roadmap for Open Investment Fund products.
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Collaborate with development teams, analysts, testers, and stakeholders from PKO Group and external investment fund companies on processes, integration, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee functionality scope, quality, and timely delivery of the product.
• Co-create operating model, processes, and KPIs for the Transfer Agent.
• Monitor progress, report to the CPO, and participate in strategic product reviews.
• Initiate improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness of the solution.
