Business Analyst

Univio helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement data- and AI-based solutions such as customer service assistants, personalized product recommendations, and AI discovery workshops. The company collaborates with brands like RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, delivering projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience. The role is within the Adobe Team, consisting of 80 experts working on advanced eCommerce platforms based on Magento 2 technology.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Ability to define project requirements (DOD, DOR, acceptance criteria)
• Proficient in business process analysis and modeling using UML and BPMN
• Supported sales processes from substantive side
• Knowledge of integrations with PIM, ERP, payment systems
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence tools
• Experience cooperating with external clients and creating business-technical documentation
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
• Knowledge of web application architecture
• Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of Mirakl platform

• Analyze and identify clients' business needs
• Select best-fit solutions according to business expectations
• Collaborate closely with the project delivery team throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the development team in understanding client requirements
• Create and update business-technical documentation
• Prepare and conduct training for clients and system users
• Provide substantive support for sales processes
• Introduce and promote good practices in the business analytics team
