• Extensive knowledge of the Angular framework.
• Experience with full stack development in a .NET or Java context.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience building a framework used by multiple products.
• Expertise in system design and software architecture, designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Values and Principles.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives, overcome resistance, and make things happen.

• Own, build, and maintain reusable artifacts such as code, packages, architecture standards, guidelines, and templates.
• Support front-end application projects end-to-end using the development stack.
• Facilitate orchestration with infrastructure and security teams for projects.
• Promote development stack adoption and monitor its use.
• Upskill engineers on the development stack.
• Define technical solutions based on architecture, business, UX, and security inputs.
• Design, build, and maintain the framework as a complex system.
• Ensure high-quality coding, conduct code reviews, and improve performance.
• Coach developers on efficient use of the framework and technology stack.
• Manage framework knowledge and documentation.
• Improve processes, standards, and practices related to the framework usage.
• Define and apply governance for framework adoption and contribution.
• Track market and technology trends to keep the stack secure and current.

• Provide advanced technical solutions, design, and implementation of complex systems.
