• Proven experience in solutions architecture and system development throughout all project stages.
• Strong expertise in Kafka, SOA, microservices, platform-independent and database-independent applications.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Java programming.
• Database design experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with containerization and OpenShift environments.
• Experience in Financial Market Infrastructure or regulated environments.

• Support and lead architecture solution design and implementation for transversal programs.
• Collaborate with requirement owners, domain architects, and IT engineers.
• Bridge Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and contribute to Solution Architecture practices.
• Define business capability target architectures and roadmaps, especially for EUI Transformation.
• Share best practices in communities of practice.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT solutions align with enterprise engineering and architecture standards.
• Guarantee end-to-end consistency across platforms and teams.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet security standards.
• Define infrastructure requirements and collaborate on technical design.
• Establish guidelines, patterns, and standards for the new technology stack.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts; lead prototype implementation.
• Undertake hands-on Java development and mentor colleagues.
• Present solutions to management, customers, and team members.
• Act as the technical authority for the new solution stack.
