PAM IDAM 2nd Line Service Support Engineer

Euroclear is a global financial infrastructure connecting over 2,000 financial institutions worldwide. The role is part of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), responsible for protecting Euroclear's information assets through required controls and management processes.

• IT operational experience covering office or IT applications, middlewares, operating systems, and network technology.
• Expertise in specific technology fields to provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Ability to install system and server software/hardware with non-standard configurations.
• Skills to troubleshoot hardware and software problems and recommend changes.
• Capability to manage the operational process in own domain autonomously.
• Knowledge to propose process improvements and participate in decision processes.

• Provide a wide range of technical assistance to users of IT systems.
• Responsible for satisfactory performance of a subset of IT systems.
• Design solutions within a well-defined scope using various supplier products.
• Provide system expertise in a specific technology contributing to projects and operational tasks.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on specific products.
• Install system and server software and hardware, including non-standard configurations.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of IT systems and resolve problems or user queries.
• Keep abreast of latest technologies and understand commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems within known domain of expertise.
• Propose and implement process and procedure improvements within domain.
• Work autonomously and coordinate activities within constraints.
• Contribute to defining implementation methods for products/services/solutions.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
