Senior Project Manager

Univio helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models, and implements solutions based on data and AI. • Experience implementing e-commerce systems
• Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with development teams
• Understanding of the SDLC and non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, scalability
• Knowledge of product management, category management, and e-commerce processes
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Proactive and autonomous work style with ability to activate others
• Business-level English communication skills (B2/C1)

• Comprehensive project management including defining, planning, managing and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks
• Regular reporting to control project progress
• Building and maintaining good client relationships, managing communication, risks, and expectations
• Coordinating the project team work and ensuring methodology coherence
• Building well-organized teams and identifying recruitment needs
• Supporting business development by actively participating in offer preparation and negotiations
