SailPoint Engineers

Euroclear is a global financial market infrastructure connecting over 2,000 financial institutions worldwide. The company focuses on stability and security of financial markets, with an emphasis on protecting information and assets as part of its core services. This role is within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management team responsible for access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, and recertification.

• Experience in SailPoint IIQ toolset, especially integration with critical applications
• 3-5 years experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• Ability to troubleshoot custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems
• Scripting knowledge, e.g., PowerShell, is a plus
• 3-5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Experience integrating SailPoint with other security tools including SIEM (Splunk) and PAM (CyberArk) is a plus
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and MS Office suite

• Manage the production SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products
• Develop and maintain architectural design documents including technical diagrams and system configurations
• Act as 2nd line support for SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and products
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation
• Monitor and maintain SailPoint IIQ infrastructure including servers, databases, ensuring performance and scalability
• Manage vulnerabilities and patching activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ
• Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams to align security initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Possibly perform support outside business hours as part of watch duty
