Daftcode is a venture builder that creates, scales, and invests in startups focusing on Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security, and Blockchain. Currently, the company is building financial infrastructure for institutions including regulated entities, real banking rails, stablecoins, and payments.

• AI-fluent; daily use of LLM tools to enhance output.
• Background in consulting, startups, or private equity with output-oriented experience.
• Hands-on startup experience and ability to execute structured tasks independently.
• Strong written English with the ability to produce documents meeting bank compliance standards.
• Genuine interest in fintech and crypto as institutional finance, including payments, e-money, stablecoins, and banking rails.

Nice to have:

• Financial background, comfortable building financial models, unit economics, and project calculations from scratch.
• University degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.

• Own operational workstreams end-to-end across group entities, delivering objectives as outcomes.
• Build numbers behind decisions, including financial models, unit economics, and business cases.
• Produce decks, documents, and analyses for banks, partners, and regulators.
• Drive parallel initiatives across multiple business areas such as legal, compliance, engineering, and external providers.
• Map market, competitor, and EU regulatory landscape (MiCA, e-money, payments) and translate it into business outputs.
