Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform in the Middle East, offering modern investment solutions such as stock trading, precious metals, structured products, IPO subscriptions, and a variety of digital financial services. The company is building a world-class investment ecosystem focused on speed, regulatory compliance, and empowering users through an intuitive experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Strong product-thinking mindset and ability to lead end-to-end initiatives.
• Previous experience in the fintech industry.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Background in building relevant products (e.g., trading, wealth-tech, compliance, B2C fintech) is a must.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong resilience and ability to deliver results under pressure.
• High performance in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with capital market regulatory frameworks in the MENA region.
• Understanding of user-centered product design in investment and wealth management platforms.
• Experience working in agile or startup environments.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Drive product development across multiple investment and trading domains.
• Lead new product initiatives such as Gold Trading, IPO Subscription, Copy Trading, and more.
• Develop advanced stock-trading functionalities including Market Depth, DRIP, Order Types, Price Alerts, and similar features.
• Ensure the trading platform remains compliant with ongoing exchange rule changes and regulatory updates.
• Manage core platform components such as subscription models for premium features, partner integrations, AML/compliance requirements, and more.
• Write clear and comprehensive product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog effectively to align with business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support an efficient and high-quality product development process.
