Solution Architect (K/M)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, energy systems or a related field.
• More than 6 years of experience in solution architecture, ideally in connected services.
• Experience with EV charging technologies and protocols: OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118, PKI and roaming.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration.
• Knowledge of IoT architectures, telematics, device management and real-time data flows.
• Understanding of grid interaction models, flexible energy management, solution design sessions, stakeholder communication and technical roadmaps.
• Skills in root cause analysis, technical decision-making, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination and backlog refinement.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and SQL, plus connected services development in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of smart charging algorithms, load balancing, V2G, energy markets, demand response or grid operations.
• Awareness of cybersecurity standards for connected devices and energy infrastructure.

• Design and deliver end-to-end architectures for EV charging platforms, energy management systems, connected services, and interoperability frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and customer-centred solutions for e-mobility operations.
• Lead architecture of charging platforms, roaming services, CPMS and backend solutions; define blueprints, integration patterns and technical standards.
• Govern AWS cloud architectures for scalability, security and performance.
• Set technology direction for smart charging, V2X or V2G, dynamic pricing and DER integration.
• Support features for EV drivers, fleet operators and charging network operators.
• Lead reviews, mentor engineering and delivery teams, evaluate technologies and vendors, and ensure cybersecurity, regulatory and governance alignment.
