EV Backend Product Lead (K/M)

The team maintains cloud systems for Toyota digital and mobility solutions, including in-car multimedia, EV charging, factory digitalisation, data projects and online sales.

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong critical thinking.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Teams, and MS Outlook.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to discuss APIs, databases, logging, and monitoring with engineering teams.
• Skills in process modelling, workflow analysis, basic data analysis, and visualisation.
• Fluent English and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Serve as the main contact for Customer Support, Development, Operations and stakeholders.
• Understand requirements for Private charge, V1G and other energy products; align them with TME strategy and EV Backend products.
• Maintain and improve Toyota Home Charge, manage TME requirements towards suppliers, and monitor needs of NMSCs and retailers.
• Understand solution architecture and dependencies; analyse data, report findings and action plans to management, follow up rollouts, and improve quality and performance.
