Product Manager (Hardware, NPI) (K/M)

• 2–3 years of documented experience managing interdisciplinary projects or products, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, IoT, or automotive industries.
• High interpersonal and leadership skills, task enforcement, and translating technical aspects into business benefits.
• Assertiveness, strong analytical thinking, and decision making based on financial data.
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Asana, and ERP systems.
• English language skills at B2/C1 level for technical and business communication.

Nice to have:

• Higher technical education, e.g., production engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of the LED lighting industry.

• Manage schedule, budget, and time-to-market for new products and line changes.
• Coordinate collaboration among R&D, Production, Warehouse, and Strategic Purchasing, including optimization of labor hours and assembly.
• Control BOM costs and technical production costs against budget and margin.
• Evaluate EMS/ODM/OEM components and analyze sales submissions for costs, risks, implementation timing, and MOQ.
• Provide SKD/CKD data and up-to-date production instructions.
• Create marketing content and catalog sheets, and conduct product training for sales.
