Junior .NET Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in C#/.NET software development, including .NET projects.
• Confidence in coding skills and strong interest in software development.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and willingness to work in this way.
• Self-motivation and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development tools, such as Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Practical knowledge of the C#/.NET development ecosystem.
• Openness to using AI-assisted development tools in daily work.
• English skills sufficient for efficient communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Visual Studio.

• Develop and maintain products as part of agile, cross-functional teams focused on public safety.
• Work on Motorola Fleet management software used to program and manage radios for first responders and major organizations worldwide.
• Apply the Strangler Fig methodology to systematically replace legacy desktop systems.
• Work in a predominantly C# architecture that also includes legacy Java technologies.
• Work with flexible working hours in the Kraków office.
