Senior Workday Technical Specialist

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in developing, deploying and debugging complex Workday Studio integrations.
• Proficiency with EIB inbound and outbound, Core Connectors and RaaS.
• Expert-level Composite and calculated-field reporting, including unrelated data sources in Workday.
• Ability to configure and optimize complex, multi-step business processes in Workday.
• Expertise configuring security groups, domain policies and user-based security models in Workday.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for mapping and transformation (nice to have).
• Experience or strong understanding of Gemini, ChatGPT and NotebookLM for documentation analysis, test cases and automation opportunities.
• Familiarity with integration and functional testing methods and tools.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering and project scope documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and delivering technical knowledge transfer.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Build, deploy, debug and maintain Workday Studio integrations with payroll, benefits and service platforms.
• Design EIB inbound and outbound integrations for reliable data exchange.
• Configure Workday business processes to streamline HR workflows and automate manual data entry.
• Create advanced Composite, Matrix and unrelated-object reports for analytics.
• Manage security profiles, groups, domain policies and data access.
• Mentor and train HR Technology colleagues through knowledge sharing.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent, Rewards and other clients to scope projects, gather requirements and write technical specifications.
• Prepare QA unit, system and UAT plans and execute solution testing.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain solutions in PROD tenants.
• Work during overlapping USA business hours with NA, EMEA and APAC teams and users.
