Product Owner

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is a company involved in financial products, specifically Open Investment Funds, part of the PKO Group in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in financial or IT sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective backlog management.
• Knowledge of capital markets or investment funds, preferably experience with TFI, custodians, or transfer agents.
• Ability to combine business, technological, and regulatory aspects.
• Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and end-to-end product responsibility.

• Define and develop the product vision and roadmap for Open Investment Fund products.
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Collaborate with development teams, analysts, testers, PKO Group stakeholders, and external investment fund entities to define processes, integration, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee functional scope, quality, and timely delivery of the product.
• Co-create operating models, processes, and KPIs for the Transfer Agent.
• Monitor progress, report to the Chief Product Owner, and participate in strategic product reviews.
• Initiate improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness of the solution.

Work authorization or eligibility is implied for candidates able to work under B2B contract in Poland. The work mode is hybrid with meetings at the Warsaw office.
