Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for clients initiating innovative and modern projects. The position is for a Project Manager to execute Anti-Fraud / Fraud Management projects for one of the three largest banks in Poland in the financial sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Documented experience in leading end-to-end projects - mandatory.
• Experience in projects in Anti-Fraud, Fraud Detection, Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring or related areas.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating multiple units.
• Experience working in business and IT environments.
• Skills in managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and change.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of JIRA.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English language skills, minimum C1 level.
• Ability to conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation and requirements analysis to implementation and production stabilization.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate efforts of IT, business teams, and external suppliers.
• Conduct workshops, project meetings, and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from business, IT, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for Senior Management.
• Manage suppliers, oversee quality and delivery.
• Supervise the implementation process ensuring timely achievement of project goals.

Position requires very good English proficiency minimum at the C1 level. Fully remote work only. Cooperation based on B2B contract.
