Software Development Team Leader

Hitachi Energy is focused on mission critical communication systems with international interdisciplinary projects. The role involves leading agile teams to develop highly reliable network solutions applicable across diverse industries.

• At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Experience in software development coordination roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master is an advantage
• BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science, Telecommunication, or IT university
• Strong experience in at least one of the following: C++, C#, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python
• Experience with application testing
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, e.g., Jenkins, ADO
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and databases (PostgreSQL)
• Driving mindset with strong problem-solving skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
