Senior Full Stack Software Development Engineer

Autodesk, Inc. is a global leader in design and make software for architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and media and entertainment industries. Autodesk Operations Solutions develops a cloud-first platform unifying facility operations, asset management, and building-systems data through Autodesk Tandem digital twin technology. The team is growing in Krakow, Poland, focusing on future Operations solutions with a cloud platform experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience building robust, performant, and maintainable commercial applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency in frontend development including React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building Progressive Web Applications.
• Experience with build and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum framework.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and MSSQL.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and multi-tenant platform operations.
• Experience in digital-twin and AEC domain.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the application.
• Produce clean, effective, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Embrace an event-driven architecture mindset in software design and development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Utilize debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Leverage cloud technologies, including AWS services such as S3, OSS, and RDS, for scalable and reliable solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
