Analityk Biznesowy (bankowość)

The role is in the banking sector, focused on the development of mobile and web applications for internet banking clients.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or business-systems analyst in the development of native mobile applications (iOS, Android, KMP/CMP).
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Figma (without design) and draw.io.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience in the banking sector.

Preferred skills:

• Preparing test scenarios.
• Quality verification of implemented functionalities.
• Working with API documentation.
• Experience in mobile projects related to onboarding, authorization, payments, and self-service processes.

• Collaborate with the cross-functional team as a business analyst.
• Work on the development of mobile and web applications for internet banking customers.
• Translate user needs and business goals into product requirements.
• Analyze requirements and cooperate with stakeholders.
• Map processes and define solutions that increase the business value of applications.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
• Work in areas including onboarding, authorization, payments, and consumer finance self-service processes.

• Hybrid work mode in Warsaw (1 day per week in the office).
• Contract type B2B with hourly rate up to 140 PLN/h.
• Language requirements: Polish fluent, English minimum for technical documentation and code understanding.
