GCP DevSecOps Engineer (Kraków – hybrid work)

People More is a technology company with a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects either from scratch or partially in areas including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners globally.

• Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Expert knowledge of cloud security and GCP security best practices.
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Build, Flux CD, and Helm.
• Very good programming or scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with IAM, cloud compliance, auditing, monitoring, and security automation.
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, logging, monitoring, availability, and resiliency.
• Experience working with risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week.
• Very good English and Polish skills.

• Build, deploy, and maintain GCP platform applications using GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, and Cloud Run.
• Develop cloud solutions using Terraform and Config Connector.
• Implement preventive security controls across the GCP environment.
• Manage shared cloud services including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, and containers.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, operational risk, and regulatory standards.
• Build and support CI/CD and continuous testing processes.
• Automate cloud security, compliance, monitoring, and configuration management activities.
• Maintain technical, operational, and support documentation.
• Support change management processes following enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.

Candidate must be able to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week. Very good English and Polish language skills are required.
