Product Manager, Production Engineering

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management using Agile or similar methodologies
• Bachelor or Master degree in Sports Science, IT, Data Science, or relevant experience
• Interest in processes and data delivery work
• Understanding of sports and sport rules
• AI-driven mindset with exposure to tools like Cursor and Claude
• Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking abilities under deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across teams
• Ownership, risk management, and accountability
• Team player with passion for leading by coaching and mentoring
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, and creation
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Nice to have:

• Technical or engineering background
• Sports analysis background
• Network knowledge
• Interest in sports and data gathering
• Experience with cloud computing technologies like AWS and GCP

• Act as main point of contact for internal services and interface inquiries related to operations, new features, and integrations
• Drive product decisions in collaboration with other Product Managers and coordinate planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate initiatives across cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations
• Maintain the engineering roadmap with technical leadership
• Improve technical workflows and operations working with the Domain Architect and operations unit
