Wymagania
- Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Specialist
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, or SAM
- Solid experience in ServiceNow development using JavaScript (e.g., Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation solutions
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style; comfortable in agile and international teams
- Analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality, team-oriented, and high level of initiative
- Very good English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
Obowiązki
- Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow applications and processes
- Work with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
- Design and implement automations, workflows, and business logic to reduce manual effort
- Realize integrations with connected systems using REST APIs and web services
- Support continuous development and quality assurance of the CMDB, including data models, relationships, and governance
- Collaborate with international IT teams, architects, and business departments to translate technical requirements into robust solutions
- Support platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvements of the ServiceNow environment

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
