Data Center Technician

• Hands-on experience with server and network device installation.
• Understanding of rack layouts, PDUs, cabling standards, and labelling.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, patching, switches).
• Familiarity with asset management and inventory systems.
• Ability to follow change management and data center procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware components.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in "Rack & Stack" procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Manual handling proficiency for lifting heavy Data Center and IT equipment.
• Ability to work in a data center environment with noise, cold, and confined spaces.
• Valid driving license category B.

• Commissioning & decommissioning, installation: physically installing Data Center components, servers, and network switches; performing initial power-on tests.
• Cabling: verifying and maintaining Data Center cabling with correct routing, secure mounting, and accurate labelling for power and network.
• Stores & logistics: maintaining the Data Center store, accepting deliveries, managing hardware lifecycle including commissioning and decommissioning.
• Audit & reporting: conducting regular inventory audits, updating asset registers, and reporting on capacity and hardware health.
• Hardware maintenance: replacing faulty components and managing the RMA process with the Data Center Contract Manager.
• Capacity planning: planning rack layouts and overseeing third-party contractors when requested.
• Documentation: maintaining the maintenance management system and preparing notifications for planned maintenance windows.
• Preparing and performing changes to the Data Centre and IT core infrastructure.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
