Senior Product Designer - Mobile App

Grupa Kapitałowa Inter Cars is recruiting for a new native B2C mobile app project. The role involves leading the design work from problem understanding through exploration and design to preparing solutions for implementation and ongoing development.

• Experience designing large commercial mobile products, ideally in e-commerce or m-commerce.
• Ability to independently manage complex design work, supplement incomplete context, identify key problems, and take responsibility for decisions.
• Comfortable working from information architecture, user journeys, and flows to polished high-fidelity mockups.
• Use research, data, domain knowledge, and user feedback to develop and validate solutions.
• Communicate design reasoning clearly, work constructively with feedback, and justify design decisions.
• Early consideration of technology constraints and ability to find implementable solutions without losing user value.
• Care for both experience consistency and visual quality plus interaction details.
• Practical application of accessibility principles in mobile product design.
• Active use of AI in design work, analysis, exploration, or prototyping.
• Fluent communication and work in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing products for multiple markets.
• Experience in complex domains like automotive, telco, or banking.
• Experience creating or evolving design systems.
• Experience with product analytics, defining measurement methods, and optimizing deployed solutions.

• Design end-to-end from problem definition to development handover and implementation support.
• Translate user, business, and technology knowledge into consistent user experience.
• Create information architecture, flows, interactions, mockups, and prototypes with appropriate detail.
• Explore alternative directions and recommend solutions with justification.
• Participate in discovery, research, and validation as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to agree on solutions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Work with the evolving design system and maintain consistency of patterns and interactions across the app.
• Verify the quality of implemented solutions through design QA.
