Wymagania

  • Strong background in first-line Financial Economic Crime risk assessments.
  • Experience in operational environments with clear quality and delivery expectations.

  • Understanding of European AML Directives, sanctions frameworks, and risk-based decisioning models.

Obowiązki

  • Deliver high-quality enhanced due diligence files for complex, higher-risk customers.
  • Work to clear service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards.
  • Make well-documented, risk-based customer due diligence (CDD) assessments aligned to policy and risk appetite.
  • Help build scalable workflows, standards, and best practices for the European FEC hub.
  • Partner with local business stakeholders, risk teams, and compliance functions.
  • Support regional consistency while respecting local regulatory expectations.
  • Identify process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and control enhancements.
  • Contribute to pilot governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
